Facilitation Skills

A one-day programme designed for people who want to get the very best from groups or teams. It will give participants the skills they need to get any group stretching and working at its best.

Training Methods and Numbers

To accentuate the facilitating approach and to allow participants to experience as many techniques as possible this programme works best in a workshop environment, with exercises to demonstrate the techniques and learning. In view of that we would recommend a maximum of six people if this approach were desired.
